Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Mitral Valve Repair (TEER)
TEER is a minimally invasive procedure that restores proper blood flow for dogs suffering from Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease. The treatment helps to reduce the strain on the heart and prevent congestive heart failure.
Hip replacement surgery can restore hip function and relieve pain caused by canine hip dysplasia or osteoarthritis, helping dogs enjoy longer, active, and comfortable lives.

Dr Nicholas Woo is a skilled veterinary surgeon with over a decade of experience. He trained extensively in small animal surgery and oncology in Australia before returning to Singapore to establish Advanced Vetcare in 2017. Under his leadership, the clinic has grown into a 24-hour critical care clinic, providing advanced and comprehensive veterinary services.
His surgical interests include oncology, reconstructive surgery, orthopaedics, total hip replacements, and spinal surgery. He is currently exploring the use of microvascular surgery to expand organ reconstruction options for cancer patients.
